  The procedure in cases of Polish citizenship confirmation and obtaining Polish passport consists of 5 stages:

1. Obtaining the required Polish and foreign documents.

2. Translation of foreign documents into Polish.

3. Preparing and filing the appplication for Polish citizenship confirmation.

4. Obtainng Polish civil status acts.

5. Preparing and submiting the application for the Polish paasport.
